You may return an electric charging station or related accessories if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
- The product is returned within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized charging stations.
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery.
- Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale.”
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once approved, package the product securely in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.

3.1 Installation Services
- Pre-Cancellation: If you cancel the installation service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% may apply.
- Unsatisfactory Installation: If you are not satisfied with the installation service, please contact us within 14 days of completion. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a partial or full refund or arrange a corrective service at no additional cost.
3.2 Maintenance and Repairs
- Service Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our maintenance and repair services. If you experience issues related to the service provided, please notify us within 30 days. We will revisit to correct the issue free of charge or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approving the return or cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
